艾尔资讯 | 意大利ALsistem艾尔门窗系统总部一行到访艾尔上海Recently, Mr. Federico Piccardi, Chief Operating General Manager, and Mr. Lorenzo Bernardoni, Technical Director from the headquarters of Italy‑based ALsistem aluminium window‑door system, paid a visit to China. Accompanied by the ALsistem Shanghai management team, the delegation toured ALsistem Shanghai headquarters, the flagship showroom at Xiyingmen International Furniture & Building Materials Mall, as well as the Nantong production base of Jiangsu Gaoxin Building System Co., Ltd., the East‑China regional partner. During this visit and research exchange, they gained insights into consumer concerns within China’s domestic building window‑door market, national and local energy‑saving standards for windows and doors, latest technologies covering recyclable green‑product whole‑life cycle, and digital management for window‑door systems. Meanwhile, they presented the headquarters’ latest progress in the design of new aesthetic‑oriented exterior window products.   Jiangsu Gaoxin Building System Co., Ltd. is the authorised East‑China partner for Italy’s ALsistem aluminium window‑door system. Affiliated to a Shanghai‑listed enterprise on the Main Board, it is an intelligent manufacturer of high‑performance windows and doors integrating R&D, design, production, installation and construction, as well as an integrator of building envelope solutions for low‑energy and high‑quality residential projects. The company has been awarded titles including National High‑Tech Enterprise and Science‑based Small‑ and Medium‑sized Enterprise.  
总部团队参观了江苏高昕企业发展及门窗产品展厅，并认真观看了艾尔数字化自动生产线，该生产线将门窗专业软件与数控锯铣工作站无线联网，并结合 ERP 及 EMS 系统，可实现不同规格多尺寸门窗的自动化锯切及加工，有效保证了产品质量和生产效率。 The headquarters delegation visited the corporate development and window‑door product exhibition hall of Jiangsu Gaoxin, and closely inspected ALsistem’s digital automated production line. Wirelessly interconnected with professional window‑door software and CNC sawing‑milling workstations, and integrated with ERP and EMS systems, this production line enables automated sawing and processing of windows and doors in diverse specifications and dimensions, effectively guaranteeing product quality and production efficiency.
