The innovative project located on the site of the former Hollywood cinema in Turin features an innovative double-glazed curtain wall design, which not only achieves complete isolation from external noise but also cleverly integrates a solar thermal system to effectively meet the building's thermal energy needs.

该建筑配备三层玻璃幕墙，并集成先进门窗系统，具体包括ALsistem品牌的PLANET 75HT平开窗系统和TOP SLIDE 160滑动系统。这些系统有效隔绝外部噪音与污染，为周边环境增添优雅氛围。此外，建筑设有观景区域，宾客可在此欣赏皇家花园与安托内利尖塔的壮丽景致。

The building is equipped with a triple-glazed curtain wall and integrates advanced door and window systems, specifically including the PLANET 75HT casement system and the TOP SLIDE 160 sliding system from the ALsistem brand. These systems effectively isolate external noise and pollution, adding an elegant ambiance to the surrounding environment. Additionally, the building features observation areas where guests can enjoy breathtaking views of the Royal Gardens and the Mole Antonelliana.

"Hollywood House"以其独特的设计特色脱颖而出，包括26套公寓和9个悬空楼层，均由坚固的钢筋混凝土结构支撑。内部设有气候温室和漂亮的露台，外部则有精心设计的庭院花园，黄杨绿篱与高大树木相互映衬，为整体环境增添了一抹自然魅力。此外，该建筑通过走道巧妙连接古老的剧院外立面，实现了新旧元素的和谐共存，进一步凸显其独特的建筑吸引力。

"Hollywood House" stands out with its unique design features, including 26 apartments and 9 suspended floors, all supported by a robust reinforced concrete structure. Inside, it is equipped with a climatic greenhouse and a beautiful terrace, while outside, there is a meticulously designed courtyard garden with box hedges and tall trees that complement each other, adding a touch of natural charm to the overall environment. Additionally, the building is cleverly connected to the ancient theater facade through walkways, achieving a harmonious coexistence of new and old elements, further highlighting its distinctive architectural appeal.

The building is designed according to energy class A certification standards and uses a fuel-free system, significantly reducing operational costs. Its annual energy savings are documented by energy efficiency certificates (the so-called "white certificates") and can be traded on the electronic market platform managed by Gme, Italy's electricity market operator.
