一个大花园在铁门后面欢迎人们，院子里有公寓和办公室，屋顶上的“城市别墅”大露台构成了城市中心。建筑重新开发干预的巨大质量允许保持原始结构的完整，并通过谨慎使用颜色和材料来“减轻”其壮观的存在。该项目采用了创新的技术解决方案，如在夏季使用地下水为建筑降温，采用Alucobond包层的通风墙，采用Sirio系统制作的大型幕墙，以及热破门和Armonia门窗系列时，以确保建筑内部空间的隔热和隔音。
A large garden welcomes people behind metal gates. On the courtyard there are apartments and offices, but the surprise awaits on the roof: a colony of “urban villas” with large terraces framing the city center. The great quality of the redevelopment intervention of the building has allowed to keep the original structure intact and to “lighten” its imposing presence thanks to the careful use of colors and materials. The intervention used innovative technical solutions such as the use of groundwater to cool the building during the summer, ventilated walls with Alucobond cladding, large curtain walls made with the Sirio system and thermal break doors and Armonia fixtures to ensure thermal and acoustic insulation of the spaces inside the building.
